自我介紹
My story
I was born and raised in Hong Kong and have spent my entire career in the Hong Kong Police Force. I started as a Patrol Officer and worked my way up through various departments, eventually spending 25 years in general management positions. I gained extensive experience in safety, security, security technology, and information, computer and risk management while full time and leisure time working in government agencies, the Hong Kong Police Force and NGOs. I am proud of the work I have done in these institutions and the skills and knowledge I have gained there.
I would say my greatest strengths are my strategic thinking skills, effective communication, problem solving skills and ability to lead and develop teams. I've always been a results-driven person, and I'm good at finding practical solutions that work for everyone involved. I believe my experience in various sectors and my diverse skill set have given me a unique perspective, enabling me to approach problems from different perspectives and to think creatively.
I am always learning and trying to keep up with the latest technology and management practices. I attend conferences, read industry publications, and network with other professionals. I believe it is important to keep learning and growing throughout your career in order to stay on top of things.
I believe my wide range of skills and experience, combined with my track record of success, differentiate me from other candidates. Having worked in many different areas of the Hong Kong Police Force, I have developed a solid understanding of the organization and how it operates. I'm also skilled at managing people and resources, and I have the ability to achieve results in challenging environments. Additionally, I am passionate about what I do and am always looking for ways to grow and improve professionally.
